At My Global Viewpoint, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased through our WooCommerce shop. This policy applies to all items without exception.

We strive to ensure all our products are of the highest quality. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

- Include a detailed description of the issue.
Our team will review your case and, if the item is deemed damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
